We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hunt_science@outlook.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
